Why Verified Actions Matter for Production AI

If AI is going to execute real work inside production software, teams need more than suggestions. They need governed execution, reconciliation, and proof.

AI tools are good at generating answers. That is not the same thing as completing work.

For product teams trying to ship agentic experiences, the real question is not whether an agent can produce a plausible response.   • what evidence gets stored for later review

Without that layer, teams are effectively choosing between two bad options: keep AI read-only, or grant it too much freedom and hope nothing goes wrong.
